Why dry ice
Freeze-dried peptides are sensitive to temperature. Shipping with dry ice keeps the contents cold on the way, even if the parcel is in transit for a day or sits outside in a parcel locker.
On arrival, take the vial out of the packaging and store it straight away. The dry ice can simply evaporate in the open air. Do not touch it with bare hands.
Storage after arrival
- Store freeze-dried vials at minus 20 degrees, protected from light.
- After dissolving with bacteriostatic water, keep the vial refrigerated and use it within the recommended period.
- Avoid repeated freezing and thawing after reconstitution.
If your parcel does not arrive
If a parcel does not arrive, we ship again free of charge. If the carrier has registered it as delivered, we first request proof from the carrier.
