Fourteen days to reconsider

As a consumer you may withdraw from your order within fourteen days of receipt without giving a reason. That period starts the day after you received the parcel.

The exception that applies here

Products delivered sealed for reasons of health protection or hygiene fall outside the right of withdrawal once that seal is broken. That is laid down in article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code.

Our vials are delivered sealed. If the seal is still intact, you can simply return. If it is broken, we cannot take the product back.

How to return

1. Report your return within fourteen days via the contact page, with your order number.
2. You receive a confirmation and the return address from us.
3. Send the product back within fourteen days of your report, in its original state and with the seal intact.
4. You get the purchase amount including the standard shipping costs back within fourteen days of receipt, via the same payment method.

Costs

The costs of the return shipment are yours, unless the product was delivered damaged or wrong. In that case we arrange the return and the replacement free of charge.

All our peptides and pens come with a money-back guarantee. No result after 30 days? Then you get your purchase price back.

This guarantee also applies when the seal is broken. That is where it differs from the right of withdrawal above: that is about time to reconsider before use, this guarantee is about what you notice after use.

Damaged or wrongly delivered

If something is wrong with your order, let us know within a few days with your order number and a photo. Then we sort it out without fuss.
