The agreements that apply when you order from us.
1. Who we are
RELOAD Peptides is based in the Netherlands. Our contact and registration details are at the bottom of this page and on the contact page.
2. What these terms apply to
These terms apply to every offer on this website and to every contract that results from it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
3. Offer and prices
All prices on this site are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete the order.
We do our best to display prices and product information correctly. If there is an obvious error in a price or description, we are not obliged to deliver the order under those incorrect terms. We will then contact you.
4. Formation of the contract
The contract is formed the moment you complete the order and we confirm it. You receive the confirmation by email.
5. Payment
Orders are paid in advance via the payment methods offered at checkout. Only after receipt of payment does your order go to the carrier.
6. Delivery
Ordered and paid, and your parcel goes to the carrier within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. Netherlands, with PostNL, 1 to 2 working days. Belgium, with Bpost, 1 to 2 working days. Rest of Europe, with DHL or FedEx, 3 to 8 working days.
Stated delivery times are indicative and apply from the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier. Exceeding them gives no right to compensation, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
If a parcel does not arrive, we ship again free of charge. If the carrier has registered it as delivered, we first request proof from the carrier.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have fourteen days to reconsider after receipt. For products delivered sealed for reasons of health protection or hygiene, that right lapses once the seal is broken. Read the returns page for the details and the exceptions.
8. Use of the products
All products offered are intended solely for research purposes and laboratory use. They are not intended for human or animal consumption and they are not medicines, foods or cosmetic products.
By ordering you declare that you use the products solely for that purpose and that you are authorised to work with them. You are responsible for complying with the regulations that apply to your situation.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness and except insofar as mandatory law provides otherwise. We are not liable for damage arising from use of the products outside the purpose described above.
10. Complaints
If you have a complaint, contact us via the contact page. We respond within fourteen days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit your complaint to the European ODR platform.
11. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all contracts.
