Where do I find the report of my batch?
The batch number is on the label of your vial. Every batch is independently analysed for identity, purity and heavy metals. The report belongs to the batch number on your label and can be looked up per batch.
How fast will my order arrive?
Ordered and paid, and your parcel goes to the carrier within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. Netherlands, with PostNL, 1 to 2 working days. Belgium, with Bpost, 1 to 2 working days. Rest of Europe, with DHL or FedEx, 3 to 8 working days. From € 150,00 we ship for free.
How do I store this?
Store freeze-dried vials at minus 20 degrees, protected from light. After dissolving with bacteriostatic water, keep the vial refrigerated and use it within the recommended period. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing after reconstitution.
Why is it shipped with dry ice?
Everything is packed in the Netherlands and shipped with dry ice, so the contents stay at temperature on the way. On arrival, take the vial out of the packaging and store it straight away according to the storage instructions.
What is the Reload Pen?
A pen we deliver pre-filled and cold, so you do not have to dissolve or measure anything yourself. The pen works with every peptide in our catalogue and costs € 59,99. The cartridge on its own costs € 39,99.
What if my parcel does not arrive?
If a parcel does not arrive, we ship again free of charge. If the carrier has registered it as delivered, we first request proof from the carrier.
